Considering the two previous home losses, it was fair to wonder whether spectators attending the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Halloween game against the Saskatchewan Roughriders would be in for a trick or a treat.

Mother Nature was leaning more towards tricks with 60 km/h wind gusts that bent the poles holding the netting behind the east goalposts and had the south grandstand light standards swaying.
